unfortunately what you just ate at the end there, was what they call huyet or tiet. You were spot on, It’s congealed blood that’s added to Pho in the shape of cubes. They add it to the soup for extra flavoring, and a lot of people over there really enjoy it. They usually don’t add it unless you ask for it. They have another popular dish over there called Blood soup, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. Depending on what country you’re in, It’s made mostly from the blood of various animals, along with spices and other ingredients. A lot of times in Vietnam, they will use duck and pigs blood, which I have no idea how they do, because digesting anything raw from a pig is extremely dangerous. I think we can all guess where most of the diseases and sickness’s come from.

You’re just not a morning person. There’s nothing wrong with being unhappy or upset sometimes, everyone has those days. It’s what you do with the other days that really matters, and your personality really shines through on those days. I can’t imagine that too many people dislike you, you come off as a very likable parson, but that’s just what we see from your videos. I can’t speak for everyone, but I think you’re doing a great job, and I never miss one of your videos. You’re definitely someone I could hang out with, and I’m sure there’s a lot of people that can also say that.
