We stayed at different room at this hotel. We booked family room first and booked the junior suite with balcony after that. Family room is spacious even though no window inside the room. Junior suite comes with balcony which overlook the night market.
The west hotel & spa is a small hotel but very clean and located strategically in Old Quarter. Please note that is night market in front of the hotel from Friday to Sunday so please do expect some noise.
Not many facilities provided but it’s good enough for spending the night especially if you are majority spending your time outside.
Breakfast variety is adequate and tastes good especially the banana pancake. The staff is very helpful and can recommend good eateries nearby the hotel. They also help us to keep our luggage when we went to Sapa for 2 days.
