I was told that if I wanted to fill it with gas, I would pay an additional 40,000 VND on the spot.

The motorcycle I rented at the hotel stopped suddenly. It was still on the gas meter, and it wasn’t even in the red zone, so I was looking for a gas station and suddenly the engine stopped. Unlike Japan motorcycles, the fuel gauge pointed that there was still gasoline, so I just assumed it was engine trouble. The quality of the bikes is poor, and the owner of this hotel who lets them use such bikes is all to blame. When I contacted him, the owner forced me to wait on site. I had a plan, but I decided to wait for a while. While sending the address of the current location on Google Maps to the other party’s email, I pasted it on the contact board of the reservation site many times and sent it, but the owner said that he did not know the location and wasted about 45 minutes. I pasted an image of Google Maps and sent it many times as the address in Vietnam, but it didn’t come at all. He said he couldn’t find the location even after 45 minutes after sending the address displayed on Google Maps. I waited for a long time and it didn’t come, so I decided to take a taxi home. At that moment, the engine of the motorcycle started and I was able to move, but it stopped again in another place. I needed a train ticket for tomorrow, so I didn’t have time to wait and wait locally, but as I waited, the hotel owner arrived.
　As soon as the hotel owner arrived, he shouted Fack you. And look inside the tank! He put his hands around my neck and pushed my face towards the tank with all his might. This is a crime. The owner of this hotel is a criminal. It is an assault charge. I will file a complaint against this criminal with the consulate. I’ve also raised my middle finger many times. In addition, he put his hand on his neck and threatened him with a gesture of cutting off his neck many times. This is an act of “threatening to kill” and a crime. There would just be no gasoline! He grabbed me by the neck and violently told me to look inside the fuel tank. It is an assault charge. It is understandable that the other party will be angry because it started to move when the gas is refilled, but this attitude of the owner is the worst attitude ever.
Still, after I arrived at the hotel, I thought I had caused trouble and gave me a tip of 200,000 VND, but he not only refused, but also told me to leave the hotel immediately. The owner had returned the accommodation fee for the time being. It was just after 8 p.m. Now, you can immediately make a hotel reservation on your smartphone, but you can’t get angry because of a sudden misunderstanding.Evicting a guest is a criminal act, both ethically and legally. When the owner filled up the gas tank and left, he threw the motorcycle keys on the ground and insulted me by asking me to pick them up. A security guard at the entrance to the highway nearby saw this and tried to pick them up and give them to me, but the owner immediately took the keys from the guard and threw them on the ground again. He said that if I wanted to ride the motorcycle, I had to pick up the keys. Such insulting behavior is unacceptable. Moreover, he even said that he would call the police as a threat to me, as shown in the image. In the first place, as with the previous day, this happened because I always rent out my motorcycle when it is almost full of gas. When I refill the gas tank, they put in more than I need, so I thought it would be a waste to return it with a tank that was almost full, so I tried to return it with a little gas still in it. The fuel gauge was not yet in the red zone, so there was some room. In addition, the speedometer was broken and not working, and the mileage was still at a standstill. So the fuel system was probably broken as well. After blaming the guests for the poor maintenance, they continued to be insulting and threatening. As you can see in the picture, even though I only wrote the facts, they called me a fraud and said, “I have proof that you slandered me. If you don’t want the police to be called, leave,” as a revenge for the review. I did not slander anyone, I just wrote the facts in my review. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. In other reviews, there are people who were chased out of the hotel for yelling. The hotel owner will be in trouble from now on.
